All of our cards are despatched using Royal Mail First Class post. Please allow 2-3 days from placing your order to receive your card and other items. If you have not received your card within 7 days of ordering, please Contact Us with your order number.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. Please note that it is a customers responsibility to pay any costs associated with returning anything to us, please Contact Us for our returns address. If any part of your order is faulty, damaged or you have been sent the wrong item, please email email@example.com and we will replace this straightaway!
If you do return an order us, we will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of your returned items. Your refund will be returned using the method to which you placed your order with. We are unable to return payments to any other payment method other than the one used to pay for your item.
